NT-1 Contact Resistance Measurement System

 1. System description

Bipolar plate contact resistance is very important to fuel cell electrode. Bipolar plate contact resistance is very sensitive to the temperature and pressure. The quality of the electrode surface coating will also affect the resistance value .

2. Parameters

        1) Temperature measurement, accuracy: ±0.2℃.

        2) The copper plated electrode, automatic pressurization and timing control..

        3) Data acquisition unit range and accuracy : 1×10^-7～1×10^1 Ω, 0.1uΩ.

        4) Standard samples: 1mΩ、10mΩ、100mΩ, accuracy 0.05%,3ppm.

        5) Software function: save and manage the process data with database
